Starting a new project II
Guides through the process of creating a new project. The pipeline contains multiple compartments and is thus a good starting point if a specific structure is expected.
Table Of Contents
In the JIPipe GUI, select Project -> New from template (red arrow).
Choose the three-compartment model (red arrow 1) and click “New project” (red arrow 2)
Select either “This window” (red arrow 1), the new project will take over the current active window) or “New window” (an additional window will open, useful if wanting to work or compare two projects; (red arrow 2). )
The new project will open in the Compartments view, where the three compartments “Preprocessing” (red arrow 1), “Analysis” (red arrow 2) and “Postprocessing” (red arrow 3) will appear.
The three Compartments will be connected in their logical order.
For example, the Analysis compartment will contain its own output node, as well as the output node from the Preprocessing compartment.
The output node can be moved lower in the GUII and use the white space (outlined here in red for visualization purposes) to position the actual JIPipe nodes.
